WHO USES IT?
Men’s Liberty is a great option for most male patients with urinary incontinence. Our core demographic is men 60+ suffering from
geriatric incontinence. We also have a strong population of patients with prostate diseases, neurological conditions and diabetes.
Our product works for men with retracted, uncircumcised or small anatomy. Men unable or unwilling to wear condom catheters or pullups/pads as well as patients experiencing skin irritation with other incontinence products.
Outpatient men with:
- Indwelling catheters in the absence of urinary retention
- Adult diaper users
- Urinary incontinence with urine loss requiring control/collection
- Small or retracted penile anatomy
- Uncircumcised anatomy
- Condom catheter-associated injuries or infections
- Neuropathic skin or reduced skin sensation
HOW IS IT COVERED FOR PATIENTS?
Men’s Liberty is covered by Medicare, Tricare, most commercial insurance and Medicaid under Medicare Part B: HCPCS A4326 as durable medical equipment. The patient must have a documented diagnosis of incontinence for 3 months or more and not be a candidate for condom catheters due to irregular anatomy, irritation on anatomy or UTI.
Insurance requires an LMN (Letter of Medical Necessity) for full coverage plus any medical records confirming the patient has incontinence and is not a candidate for condom catheters.

Referrals including patient demographics, the LMN, and medical records can be faxed to our office at (888) 920-9370.
